Learn how to create humus rich soil through the art of hot composting with Education Coordinator Su Hoskin. There will be a discussion on the use of the biodynamic compost preparations and their role in guiding the breakdown of compost.
The day will include a stir and spread of the field preparation 500 Horn Manure.
This is a practical hands-on workshop, please wear suitable outdoor gear.
Morning/afternoon tea and a light lunch will be provided. Course fee $65.00. Members of Biodynamics New Zealand get a 15% discount on the course fee.
