Woodhouse Farm Organic
Nous
Nous is the passion project created by Rachael and Murray Cook. Ever since meeting at university they have had the personal dream of making and creating their own wine label. After 20 years in the wine industry they found the perfect vineyard site on a north east facing hill slope in the Brancott Valley (Wairau).
In 2018 they began planting 0.29ha of Chardonnay at one of the highest density plantings in Wairau (Marlborough), Aotearoa, . It has been a labour of love, established by hand and working under organic & biodynamic principles from inception.
Nous is the indescribable something you pick up by learning on the job. By doing it ourselves and using the knowledge gained from over twenty years of practical experience – it’s the true expression of us.

Soil and Health Association
The Soil and Health Association champion society’s collective responsibility to protect the health of our soils for future generations. They do this to promote the development of the best physical health and spiritual well-being of all people.
The guiding principle of Soil and Health, is oranga nuku, oranga kai, oranga tāngata / healthy soil, healthy food, healthy people.
They advocate for organic and regenerative production that works with nature and avoids synthetic fertilisers and pesticides and are the largest flax roots membership organisation supporting organic food and farming in New Zealand.

Spurlock Vineyards
Spurlock Vineyards is a family owned and operated vineyard and wine production business, focused exclusively on Pinot Noir. Spurlocks Pinot Noir is organic, sustainable and free from harmful herbicides and pesticides.

Sethas Seeds
Sethas Seeds is a small family run seed business, located in the beautiful Hawkes Bay. All of the seeds are grown with care on the farm – from heritage NZ seed varieties, overseas heirlooms, and open pollinated seeds, so they can all be saved by the gardeners who grow them.
At Sethas Seeds, the farm is completely organic, using permaculture principles – as the farm has grown and evolved, Sethas Seeds have branched out more into biodynamics and syntropy practices as they continue to evolve their way of regenerating the land they steward.
